Connecting to Life - Bodywork, Exercises and Principles for Daily Life

In-person

From earliest childhood, we are told who we are supposed to be, and the "right" way to live. Then why do we so often feel anxious and uncomfortable? Why do we feel we aren’t living up to expectations, nor is life meeting our expectations?

When body and mind are connected, we can access the essential part of ourselves that has been covered up by wrong education and misguided expectations. The Nine Principles of Harmony are a roadmap for experiencing life directly—free from expectations. They help us discover Body Comfortable, No Judgment, No Force, and Mutual Support. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises support us to experience these nurturing principles and discover new, more harmonious perspectives that make life truly satisfying.

Please be comfortable sitting, moving, and working on a well padded floor.

$50 if paid by February 18 (use coupon code EARLYBIRD),  $60 thereafter.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin has been studying Breema for over 20 years.  After searching for many years, and trying many modalities, he discovered Breema.  This teaching resonated with him as it uses support of the body and mutual support from other practitioners.   Since he began to practice Breema, he has found himself on a path of self-understanding.  This practice is not only for the classroom, but something he uses in his everyday life.  All he has to do is remember.  The more Breema he has in his body, the...
