I have been a somatic therapist and professional counselor providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy since 1991. I was introduced to BREEMA in 1996 as the result of a profound injury/accident, and began studying in 1997. I resonated deeply with the teachings and continued to show up to experience in the atmosphere. The Breema principles, sequences and accessible wisdom continues to guide the way I am and the work I do.”

Breema invites me into relationship with my self in a way that is deeply nurturing while reminding me to enjoy every moment along the way. Through Breema bodywork, I learn more and more how to treat...
