Join us for this Breema class, Life Touches Life. We will meet from 9 am-12 noon and from 2 pm- 5pm. All classes in the series are open to new comers. Breema is done on a padded, carpeted floor. Please wear comfortable clothing, socks, and no fragrances, please.
BREEMA® is a living expression of the unifying principle of Existence, and is based on nine universal principles that help us live a more meaningful life. Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema’s practical philosophy are the tools we use to unify body, mind, and feelings, and become familiar with the taste of being present.
This practice offers us a new education that presents the possibility of having moments of being present in our day, in order to live a more harmonious life and move in the direction of Self-understanding. The atmosphere of a Breema workshop, supported by the principles of No Judgment and Mutual Support, is deeply nourishing and revitalizing.
Our emphasis is on exploring and gaining first-hand experience of the Nine Principles of Harmony, which can be applied in any activity or situation. Through the Nine Principles, we can discover a receptive mind, supportive feelings, and a more vital body.
In this Workshop you will:
• Learn Breema bodywork sequences which relax and energize the whole body.
• Practice Self-Breema movement sequences.
• Experience the harmonizing effects of the nine Breema principles, including working with your own body's comfort, non-judgment, firmness and gentleness, mutual support, full participation and single moment / single activity.
• Have opportunities to formulate from your experiences with fellow participants.

Practicing Breema supports my life to come from complication to simplicity. Breema brings me to this moment. This is where I am the most comfortable.
One of the most important aspects of Breema is knowing-by experiencing- that body breathes and body has weight. That is something everyone can do. And by staying with it, the whole of Breema slowly reveals itself.

Be ordinary. When you are ordinary, you are not separate from anything that’s happening—not from the room, the carpet, the street noise—anything. You don’t need any particular wish for the recipient or for yourself for that moment, other than to simply know you have a body. You don’t need to be spiritual, or to connect to some special energy field. When you are ordinary, you are free to move, to hold, to lean—to do Breema simply and without extra.
