In this monthly series, we will learn Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, perfect expressions of the Nine Principles of Harmony. Studying Breema is a gift to yourself, and to those with whom you practice what you learn!

Please be comfortable sitting, moving, and working on a well padded floor.
