Slow Down and Find Your Natural Rhythm - Breema Workshop

In-person

The fast pace of life today can lead to a feeling of being off-balance. This can drain our energy, leading to physical, mental and emotional distress or illness. Real balance can withstand the ups and downs of life. In the nurturing atmosphere of a Breema workshop, you are supported to slow down and discover your natural rhythm, and body, mind, and feelings become balanced and in harmony. When we are functioning in harmony, we can move through our day with an active posture towards life, supporting others and ourselves. Being in balance cuts through negativity and trauma, and brings a new positivity and enthusiasm.

In each class you will learn bodywork sequences and self-care exercises that offer a direct experience of body-mind connection, and support you to bring more balance, simplicity and vitality into your life.

You can participate in the entire day, or attend just one of the workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

Continuing Education may be available for this event. Visit breema.info/ce for more information and to sign up.
