In-person

From earliest childhood, we are told who we are supposed to be, and the "right" way to live. Then why do we so often feel anxious and uncomfortable? Why do we feel we aren’t living up to expectations, nor is life meeting our expectations?

When body and mind are connected, we can access the essential part of ourselves that has been covered up by wrong education and misguided expectations. The Nine Principles of Harmony are a roadmap for experiencing life directly—free from expectations. They help us discover Body Comfortable, No Judgment, No Force, and Mutual Support. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises support us to experience these nurturing principles and discover new, more harmonious perspectives that make life truly satisfying.

BREEMA is simple, practical, universal yet rudimentarily human, and offers us nothing less than...
