Slow Down and Find Your Natural Rhythm - Breema Workshop

Alexis Mulhauser at the Breema Center in Oakland, CA
In-person

The fast pace of life today can lead to a feeling of being off-balance. This can drain our energy, leading to physical, mental and emotional distress or illness. Real balance can withstand the ups and downs of life. In the nurturing atmosphere of a Breema workshop, you are supported to slow down and discover your natural rhythm, and body, mind, and feelings become balanced and in harmony. When we are functioning in harmony, we can move through our day with an active posture towards life, supporting others and ourselves. Being in balance cuts through negativity and trauma, and brings a new positivity and enthusiasm.

In each class you will learn bodywork sequences and self-care exercises that offer a direct experience of body-mind connection, and support you to bring more balance, simplicity and vitality into your life.

You can participate in the entire day, or attend just one of the workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

Continuing Education may be available for this event. Visit breema.info/ce for more information and to sign up.

Now almost 30 years later, this wholistic, inclusive, common sense, principled practice and philosophy has become the foundation of my psychotherapeutic work. BREEMA is simple, practical, universal yet rudimentarily human, and offers us nothing less than...

I am consistently amazed at the effect of Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Nine Principles of Harmony in increasing vitality, addressing acute concerns, and offering new templates for relating to body, mind, and feelings. I began working as a Practitioner at the Breema Clinic in 2002, and...
