
Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer a practical and accessible way to take step after step towards a more harmonious relationship—with yourself, with the people around you, and with life as a whole. In this workshop, you will learn Breema bodywork sequences and exercises that can become lifelong friends and allies. Whether it’s your first exposure to Breema or you have studied previously, you will have the opportunity to discover or deepen your connection to a new and meaningful way of moving and relating that can enrich every aspect of your personal and professional life.
In this workshop, you can begin a new relationship with yourself, based on the principles that maintain the overall harmony of the entire universe. We will practice Self-Breema exercises and partner bodywork sequences to create a foundation of practical understanding. Come for the entire workshop, or for either the morning or afternoon class.
We will offer short complimentary Breema bodywork sessions before the morning session, beginning at 9:30.
Schedule:
9:30-10:00am: Complimentary Breema bodywork sessions for anyone who wants. You are also welcome to watch and enjoy the atmosphere and the great variety of movement sequences in Breema.
10:00am-1:00pm: Morning Workshop
1:00pm: Short presentation to introduce our upcoming 12-Month Breema Practitioner Course
1:30-3:00pm: Lunch break
3:00-6:00pm: Afternoon Workshop
