How Breema Supports Health, Vitality, and Enthusiasm for Life

We all have an innate supply of energy available to us. Sometimes, for whatever reason, we experience that our energy is easily depleted, and it can be a challenge to get back to feeling well. When we feel drained, we can also feel hopeless. This hopelessness is rooted in the fear that things will never improve.

Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling, and an experience of positivity and vitality that effectively bypasses the chronic fatigue, and “lifts you up.”

It is possible for you to access this inner vitality even in the midst of challenging times, and the more you practice and experience it, the more balanced you become. In this workshop, you will learn valuable tools for bringing more energy into your daily life!

You can participate in the entire day, or attend just one of the workshops. Please be comfortable sitting, moving, and working on a well padded floor.

Continuing Education may be available for this event. Visit breema.info/ce for more information and to sign up.

Now almost 30 years later, this wholistic, inclusive, common sense, principled practice and philosophy has become the foundation of my psychotherapeutic work. BREEMA is simple, practical, universal yet rudimentarily human, and offers us nothing less than...
