Whether you're totally new to Breema, an experienced student, or currently considering becoming a Breema Practitioner, the weekend workshop is a perfect opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and feelings with Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema's  practical philosophy.

In four unique 3-hour workshops, we will introduce Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony, with a particular emphasis on the principle of No Force. When we relate to those around us without force, we can access an atmosphere of support that is equally nourishing for both practitioner and client. This offers limitless potential for the practitioner-client interaction, and supports both to relate to life more harmoniously. We will gain direct experience by working with this essential principle, and exploring its application in Breema bodywork.

You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is required. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing

.

    Kevin Johnson

Kevin has been studying Breema for over 20 years.  He was drawn to Breema by its simplicity.  Since he began to practice Breema, he has found himself on a path of self-understanding.  This practice is not only for the classroom, but something he uses in his everyday life.  All he has to do is remember.  The more Breema he has in his body, the easier it is to remember.

    Keter Chava Benchimol

Keter Benchimol was introduced to  Breema at a Shiatsu class in 1995 and immediately understood that it touched something much deeper than muscles , bones and meridians.  Growing up as a dancer, the harmonious, non-forceful and ryhthmic movements of Breema reminded  her of the greater Dance of Existence that connects all of us in Unity and without competition.  This led her to discover the Breema Center and begin her search for Self-Understanding which continues to grow daily with the amazingly...
