Whether you're totally new to Breema, an experienced student, or currently considering becoming a Breema Practitioner, the weekend workshop is a perfect opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and feelings with Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema's practical philosophy.
In four unique 3-hour workshops, we will introduce Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony, with an emphasis on the principle of Firmness and Gentleness. The proper balance of firmness and gentleness can become a touchstone for a harmonious relationship with oneself and others. By bringing them into balance in the present moment, we experience a confidence and comfort within ourselves that naturally, and without force, becomes a support for ourselves and for all those around us.
You can participate in the entire weekend, or just attend one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is required. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing .
