Sometimes life seems overwhelming. Personal and professional difficulties drain our energy. Even before we get out of bed in the morning, we start to worry about the things that might happen. If we learn how to face life with our body and mind connected, being present, we are much more able to deal with the events of life in ways that bring us harmony and fulfillment.
In this workshop, you will learn self-care exercises, partner bodywork, and Nine Principles of Harmony that support you to:
—Discover a way relate to yourself and others without draining energy
—Harmonize body, mind, and feelings
—Increase gratitude for everything in your life (even the things you don’t like!)
—Experience a new vitality and enthusiasm for life
You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
Continuing Education may be available for this event. Visit breema.info/ce for more information and to sign up.

This practice is not only for the classroom, but something he uses in his everyday life. All he has to do is remember. The more Breema he has in his body, the...

I have been a somatic therapist and professional counselor providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy since 1991. I was introduced to BREEMA in 1996 as the result of a profound injury/accident, and began studying in 1997. Now almost 30 years later, this wholistic, inclusive, common sense, principled practice and philosophy has become the foundation of my psychotherapeutic work. BREEMA is simple, practical, universal yet rudimentarily human, and offers us nothing less than...
