There are four relationships in our lives. By paying attention to them, we can bring more balance and harmony to everything we do. The first two relationships, our relationship to our body and our relationship to the outer world (job, money, friends, family), usually take most of our energy. The fourth relationship, our relationship to Existence, connects us to the greater meaning of life.
To bridge these, Breema introduces us to a third relationship—the relationship to yourself. Through the third relationship, we connect mind and body, and learn to respond to life in ways that bring more harmony and balance to ourselves and those around us. In this weekend workshop, we will learn Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, to acquire practical tools that can enable us to bring Breema’s harmonizing philosophy and principles into daily life.
You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
Continuing Education may be available for this event. Visit breema.info/ce for more information and to sign up.
